Hometown Heroes Print E-mail

We have a special place in our hearts for people who do their best every day to make a difference in our communities.  So we decided to do something special to show our gratitude.

The Hometown Hero Award is presented to persons who exhibit a love for their community through their participation in making their community a better place to live, work and raise a family.   They are not always Riverside Bank customers but they are surely the folks we would love to have as our customer.  This award has been given to Chamber directors, City Council members, Relay for Life Chairpersons, teachers, business owners who are known for their support of community, as well as, persons who have devoted their lives to the care of others while serving non profit organizations.

These awards have been given by Riverside Bank because we want to honor those who believe in service above self.  It is up to us to celebrate the blessings that we have by sharing them with others, the Hometown Hero Award is one way Riverside Bank has chosen to pay it forward.  The Hometown Hero Award is a trophy and a monetary gift to say thank you for making a difference for all of us.

Recipients:

Gary Aubuchon

Honored for his involvement with the annual “Aubuchon Christmas House” that raised funds for the Children’s’ Science Center, the Tender Loving Care Orphanage and other deserving charities.
