Community Outreach of Riverside Employees

C.O.R.E.

C.O.R.E.

We wouldn’t be surprised if you have run into our C.O.R.E. team at work in the last year. With thousands of hours of community service volunteered and tens of thousands of dollars donated to local charities and events in 2007, they were everywhere. From delivering food and stocking shelves at the Soup Kitchen via our C.O.R.E. Hummer to hanging drywall for Habitat for Humanity and cooking up countless hamburgers and hot dogs at special events with our community grills, numerous worthwhile organizations have benefited from our C.O.R.E. program.

C.O.R.E. is a large part of Riverside Bank's commitment to the communities we serve.  Our Employees volunteer to work together or independently on community projects that support non-profit endeavors.  C.O.R.E. provides an opportunity for Riverside employees to get involved in a fun, effective and meaningful way.

Every 16 hours volunteered by a Riverside Bank employee earns a donation of $100 to any not-for-profit organization of the employee’s choice that they have donated at least one hour of work to. Up to $1,000 can be earned per employee, per organization every calendar year. Through Riverside Bank’s commitment to improving our community and helping others to improve their lives, C.O.R.E. team members are encouraged and given time off to give their time and expertise to organizations within our communities.
